June 20 @ 2:00 pm3:30 pm

Love in the Time of Revolution: A Colonial Wedding Reenactment- We invite you to come witness what a wedding in Cutchogue could have looked like on the eve of the American Revolution. We are celebrating the union of Gershom Terry, a local Revolutionary War veteran and  Elizabeth Betsy (Case) Terry — who were originally married before the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Experience the customs, the music, the fashion and the food of a colonial era wedding, while learning what life was like on the North Fork during the Revolutionary War. This is a ticketed event. Mark your calender, tickets will go on sale in April. Attendees who are dressed in colonial era costume will receive preferred seating.

This event is a collaboration between the Cutchogue Presbyterian Church and the Cutchogue-New Suffolk Historical Council and Museums.
