Our 2025 special exhibit is called “The Fabric of Time.” It commemorates the donation of a 1890s friendship quilt local to East Cutchogue. The quilt, our quilt collection, woven coverlets, and white work sheets are being displayed in the Wickham House. The display features incredibly rare quilts from the 18^th century, well before quilt-making became popular. It also features elaborate white work and some fabric examples over 300 years old, some with very interesting stories attached to them. Also, make sure you see our colonial barn loom in the Red Barn, a recent donation and restoration. Open 1-4, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on the Village Green in Cutchogue until the first week in October.
